Mortgage Wizard is a useful utility for making comparisons between different mortgage deals to find the cheapest one for you and to save you money. You enter details of each bank's current deals and they are displayed in a table in order, cheapest first. Unlike other mortgage calculation apps, Mortgage Wizard also allows you to enter the bank's arrangement fee and this is taken into account over the length of the deal so you won't be seduced by a low rate if there's a large fee to be paid. All the deals you enter are saved between uses of the app and can be deleted from the table by simply swiping over them.
Requires iOS 2.2 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
